Esquimalt High School

Praxis provided building envelope remediation services for the Greater Victoria School District No. 61. The initial scope of work was in response to a building envelope condition assessment report issued through BC Housing, and additional work was added as the project progressed. Some of the key components of the project were remediation of identified wall systems, selective window replacement, upgrades to affected exterior lighting and extensive repainting of the exterior. The result is a fresh look with greatly improved building performance, and more importantly, a healthier environment for staff and students.
