Foul Bay *

This proposed project involves the redevelopment of two underutilized sites in the heart of Oak Bay. The vision is for 5 townhouses, each with roof decks and a private suite or lock-off. With a possible total of 10 new homes, this proposal responds to the “missing middle” need for housing in areas where amenities are nearby and transportation options are many.
